1. About the Trust
RENEWED VISION is a charitable Trust / Non-Governmental Organization established for religious, charitable, educational, and social welfare purposes. The Trust functions in accordance with applicable laws of India and is governed by its Trust Deed and Board of Trustees.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and/or making any payment, donation, or contribution to RENEWED VISION, you (“Donor”, “Contributor”, “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Legal Clauses, and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with the payment.
3. Nature of Payments
All payments made to RENEWED VISION are treated strictly as:
- Voluntary donations or contributions
- Acts of goodwill and charitable support
Payments do not constitute:
- Purchase of goods or services
- Investment, partnership, or business transaction
- Contractual or legal entitlement
4. Voluntary Contribution Declaration
By making a payment, the donor confirms that:
- The contribution is made voluntarily, without coercion, pressure, or inducement
- The donor has full legal capacity and authority to contribute
- The funds are not derived from any illegal or unlawful activity
Once donated, the contributor waives all rights, title, or interest in the contributed amount, except as stated in the Refund Policy.
5. Utilization of Funds
All funds received shall be used solely for:
- The mission, vision, programs, and objectives of the Trust
- Administrative, operational, and statutory expenses
If a contribution is made for a specific purpose, the Trust will make reasonable efforts to apply it accordingly. However, the Trust reserves the right to reallocate funds to similar charitable purposes if necessary.
6. No Guarantee or Assurance
RENEWED VISION does not provide any guarantee or assurance regarding:
- Results or outcomes
- Financial, material, or personal benefits
- Spiritual, professional, or social expectations
Any testimonies, reports, or communications shared by the Trust are illustrative only and shall not be interpreted as promises.
7. NO TAX EXEMPTION POLICY (IMPORTANT)
- Contributions made to RENEWED VISION are NOT eligible for tax exemption.
- The Trust does not provide 80G, tax-deduction certificates, or any form of tax exemption benefit.
- Donation receipts, if issued, are for acknowledgment purposes only and shall not be used for claiming tax benefits.
By making a payment, the donor fully understands and accepts that no tax benefit is applicable or claimable on any contribution made to the Trust.
8. Third-Party Payment Gateways
Payments made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, or payment gateways are subject to the respective service provider’s terms.
The Trust shall not be responsible for:
- Payment gateway failures or delays
- Banking or technical errors
- Charges or deductions imposed by third parties
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RENEWED VISION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any liability, if legally established, shall be limited strictly to the amount contributed
No trustee, staff member, volunteer, or representative shall be personally liable.
10. Anti–Money Laundering & Legal Compliance
The Trust reserves the right to:
- Verify donor details if required by law
- Reject, suspend, or report transactions that appear suspicious or non-compliant
- Cooperate with regulatory, financial, or law-enforcement authorities
11. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
The Trust’s name, logo, materials, and content are protected. Donations do not grant donors any right to use or reproduce Trust branding without prior written permission.
12. Refund Policy
12.1 General Rule
All donations and contributions to RENEWED VISION are non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully completed, it is considered final.
12.2 Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Verified technical or banking error
- Payment credited by mistake and reported within 7 (seven) days
12.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof
- Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the Trust
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days
- Refunds will be made only through the original payment method
- No cash refunds shall be issued
13. Force Majeure
The Trust shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or pandemics.
14. Amendments
RENEWED VISION reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
Continued use of the website or payment services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within India.
16. Final Declaration
By proceeding with a payment to RENEWED VISION, the donor confirms that they:
Agree voluntarily and unconditionally to the Refund Policy
Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
Acknowledge that NO TAX EXEMPTION is applicable
